- Enter your details for resetting your account in the MyID Self Service Window.
- It will redirect you to the message window, which will be having the instructions of resetting your password of my seneca account.
- An email will be sent to Seneca to the email account provided to Seneca by your high school. So check your high school or personal email account for the email.
- Follow the steps written in the email received from Seneca. If you do not have any mail from Seneca in the inbox, then look for the mail into junk box or spam.

How to drop a course from your class schedule:-
You have access to drop classes until the deadline to drop courses. To drop a class before the deadline, follow the following instructions:-
- First of all, log into the student’s home and select the manage classes option.
- Select the option of build schedule.
- Then navigate to the class you wish to drop in the select courses column and tap on the trash can.
- Now, select get this schedule.
- You may not be able to drop classes for the programs that are enrolled through blocks or groupings because they are part of your current block.
- You will see the drop beside the classes you want to drop under the action column. After cross-checking the classes, click on do action.
That’s it; the classes you wanted to drop are no more in your class schedule now.
